Ryan explained the way Total Med worked with the case managers. I explained to him what I was looking for, a good recruiter and a good agency to work with. An agency and a recruiter that would have assignments on the east coast, in smaller hospitals and not in large cities. This is my first contract with Total Med and it is a small hospital in a rural community on the East Coast. Ryan has been there to assure that the onboarding was complete and smooth. He was more than helpful. So, I have found a great recruiter and feel that I can trust him.

About Ryan Foster:

This is first time I worked with a staffing agency. I have had several reach out to me recently regarding similar jobs currently open recently. The process was time consuming and required a lot of documentation which I understand. I would much prefer to stay with TotalMed since I understand how things work. Regarding the CVS position, I am unsure of how long this will go on. We continue to do a lot of immunizations daily and the pharmacists want RN’s as long as possible. So do the district managers. I would be comfortable here as long as possible. Ryan went out of his way to help get me thru the payroll process but once I understood it there was no problem. I would recommend Ryan and your agency to others. As a matter of fact there may be a neighbor CVS may want as immunizer and possibly could refer to you. Thank you and I hope that my position will extend for awhile but if not, and these positions open up again or similar ones I hope that you will reach out to me. Thank you, Debbie Garnecki
