Jasmin is always accessible which is great! My only complaint is with payroll. I have been underpaid, overpaid, and everywhere in between. There is no communication between payroll and it’s recipients when I think they should reach out directly to me when it is concerning my pay. Jasmin was able to clear these things up, but not knowing what’s going on with my check until payday is not a good practice.
