I feel Jeff has been very good at communicating with me and keeping me updated since I got this assignment. Only problem was that during my job search, there was a position that was fairly low-paying for the position and my experience. I had asked if I could be paid more and it took quite a few days to get a response. I ended up contacting the company (BCBS AZ) myself and they offered me $10 more per hr. than what Jeff had quoted me. I feel like I would not have taken this job at the salary initially offered and I had to do the calling/follow-up to BCBS to get the higher salary. They then assigned me to TotalMed and Jeff again became my recruiter AFTER I took the job.
