My first time working with Lori was last year. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful with the complete process of becoming a traveler with TotalMed . I am glad she is still available during the merger with TNNA. Although I never met her in person, I feel that we bonded very well . She always returned my calls and took the time to walk with me during some of confusing processes. Always demonstrating pleasant, upbeat encouragement while providing her assistance.
