About Taylor Willmon:

I had previously been working with a recruiter at TNAA who left the company and Taylor picked me up unknowingly to me. Despite reaching out and being ignored because "I already had a recruiter" she still graciously fulfilled my request for information through her former employees contact info in a very timely manner. Finally releasing Taylor was my new recruiter, there was no harm or foul in the communication error on my part and she helped me secure the job listing I was inquiring about with upmost cheer and professionalism! She may be my new favorite recruiter!

About Shana Parker:

This is my first experience with TNAA and Shana was super welcoming and helpful! She reached out to me immediately and stayed on the lookout for jobs specific to my needs (east coast location) even though I wouldn’t be starting for months. She noticed a job posting for ASAP and reached out to the hospital to have me considered for a job 2-3 months out and guided me through the interview process, finding resources to help me prepare to interview with my specific hospital and unit. Shana has been super kind and effective.
