I started my first contract with total med in September and extended for a second contract at the same facility. am now going on 15 weeks and total still haven’t fixed my 401k. Tre was very helpful to me getting a ticket in but other than that the company has yet to address this issue. Which is important and even though I’ve been working with them for a couple months now I have nothing contributed towards my retirement or matched. Also completed my first contract then suddenly had “time card issues” and had to backlog all my time cards for 13 weeks. My recruiter Tre has been great, but the company resources and ability to do things in a timely manner are not impressive.
She seemed nice and spoke with intelligence. After our initial introductions or communication waned. I did take a vacation but we didn’t continue communications.
Jonathon is very pleasant and appeared to be knowledgeable about travel nursing. I have just started this process, so I have only had one conversation with him.
I don’t know if Nichole is to blame, but I feel like there is a lack of communication between my team. I wasn’t given information for my first day until the day before, and there were some things I needed to have done prior to starting that would have been easier for me to do before then.
