Tyler is a great professional, knowledgeable but also good-humored. He has been transparent with me from day one about realities of the field and managing expectations. He's also prepared me well for the interview process and work experience ahead.
Yet what I most appreciate is that I have never once felt that my disability had any effect on his service provision (and I've certainly experienced that in my life).
