I have personally traveled for some time now, moving from one travel agency to the next and trying to find a good fit for my needs. TNAA is actually the only company I have accepted and extended multiple contracts. My loyalty to one agency is not achieved through anything done by the agency themselves, this loyalty is predicated solely on the success of the recruiter the agency places you with. Amanda has been nothing but successful when it comes to how she meets the needs of my travel partner and I. She guides every step of the way and takes as much of the burden off of us as she possibly can. While other recruiter I have has appear to not put forth much effort, Amanda some how seems to alway get the jobs, rates and locations I have asked for. She is punctual in her responses and communicates extremely well even when time are difficult in her own life. I, speaking with experience, strongly recommend Amanda to any nurse seeking job placement.
Will has always been there to help with anything I needed. If he didn't know an answer, he would always get back to me in a timely manner. He's been great!
Tyler has been really wonderful to work with from the start. He is very easy to communicate with. He responds very quickly. He checks in with me to make sure everything is okay when I'm on a contract. He offers advice and insight on the things I have questions about or do not understand. I would recommend Tyler to anyone including first time travelers like myself.
