Tre is always a call or text away even after hours to answer questions and work on our assignments. His efforts are tireless to not only work on his and the company's behalf but for the travelers themselves. As upset I have been with upper management's handling of my contract the only reason I chose to stay with total med for 1 more assignment was Tre.
If I compared Tyler to a football player, he’d be the Tom Brady of recruiters. Superbowl 51, 28-3 in the 3rd quarter. No hope in sight from the fans, but Tom Brady comes in clutch with the biggest upset in superbowl history. Tyler’s my Tom Brady, he finds me assignments when I have no hope, he lifted my spirit up during covid, he makes sure I’m taken care of and that’s all I can ask of a recruiter.
Gena was my recruiter for the entirety of my travel nursing career so far. I had a couple other recruiters I was in contact with but never felt the support and reliability with the others like I did with Gena.
HE IS AWESOME - UNDERSTANDS MY NEEDS AND WANTS AND DOES THE BEST TO HAVE THEM FIT WITH EACH CONTRACT I HAVE TAKEN … HE IS HONEST AND DIRECT WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS - HE IS THE REASON WHY I HAVE STAYED WITH TOTAL MED THIS LONG, INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT SOME OF MY OTHER TRAVEL NURSE FRIENDS DO, WHICH IS HOP FROM COMPANY TO COMPANY TRYING TO FIND THE BEST GIGS. HE GETS BACK TO ME ALWAYS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE THOROUGHLY HELPS ME FIGURE OUT THE BEST CONTRACTS REGARDING MY CURRENT NEEDS AND HELPS ME OUTWEIGH ALL THE PROS AND CONS. HE IS NOT PUSHY!!! I THOUGHT I WOULD BE "TRAVEL NURSING FOR ONLY ONE OR TWO CONTRACTS" BUT ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 YEARS NOW SINCE I STARTED WITH HIM! KEEPING IN MIND MY TRAVEL CAPABILITES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED DUE TO THE FACT I HAVE 3 KIDS AND A HUSBAND - I CAN ONLY REALLY TRAVEL IN 3 STATES! HE ROCKS - LOVE HIM TO DEATH ! AND IM NOT JUST SAYING THAT!
Have traveled with other less satisfying companies, Sid was always there to support me even when I wasn't on assignment with TotalMed! Learned a lot of hard lessons while traveling, Sid was right there at my side (so to speak) no matter what I needed or when. Sid is by far the best recruiter I have worked with!!! Don't know of anyone newly interested in traveling at this time but I would certainly recommend Sid to any and every one I come across that expresses an interest in traveling!!
Nick was the recruiter who landed us our first contract and we’ll never forget how hard he worked to get everything we needed. We’re psych and cardiac PCU traveling spouses with kids, so there were a lot of particulars and non negotiables to work out and he totally got the job done! Not only that, he basically held our hands along the way and set us up effortlessly with each item we needed to submit to get everything in our profile ready to go. He was readily available; always responded promptly; answers any length of questions and is just a fun, kind, light-hearted guy that we got blessed with for that first assignment. He truly felt like a friend and checked up on us often throughout the assignment. Having taken a few crisis contracts during this pandemic with random companies, I can now verifiably say he is THE BEST recruiter out there, hands down!! We’re back working with him to get set up for our next contract and he shoots straight, understands your needs/desires in a contract and bends over backwards to try and make it all happen. He’s great no matter what, but ESPECIALLY if you’re just jumping into travel for the first time... trust me, Nick Is your guy! No one will be as trustworthy and efficient for that scary first leap into traveling!
