About Jordan Dial:

When I first began working with Jordan (TNAA) I was already in contact with 2 other travel agents and companies. Quickly I knew Jordan was the right agent. Very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I asked him for info on 10 different contracts all at once and he had them to me within minutes. I spoke with other agents who were difficult to get in contact with. I would go days and even weeks before I'd get a call back. Definitely not the case with Jordan. If he isn't available he will call back soon after.

About April Coltran:

I was referred to April by a friend, and she did not disappoint. At the time I first contacted her, I was extremely busy because I had just signed up for tons of extra hours to pay for my upcoming vacation in Hawaii. During that time, it was difficult for me to answer phone calls during work, etc. April remained patient throughout, and texted me reminders every so often. Additionally, she provided her assistant's contact in case she was unavailable to me. Thank you for working so well with me, April!
