I've been working with Brett since January 2022, when he found me my first contract in Washington. Brett listens, offers advice, and does his best to get me to where I want to go. He is also transparent, which I find important in this industry. He periodically checks up on me and is always a text or phone call away. We have great rapport, which has kept me loyal to TNAA. It's easy to jump ship when there are so many companies out there, but Brett sticks up for me and I appreciate all he does. Great recruiter, and even greater human.

About Brett Lazansky:

I have been a travel nurse for many years and with multiple companies. And I have had a couple of really good recruiters in that time. But Brett is the only one that I have followed from one company to another because he listens and knows my strengths, weaknesses and needs as a nurse. He never pressed me to take a contract. And he always had my back. Always available to listen if I felt there were things at a site that weren't right. And always followed up with me.
