About Deon Cavender:

What I love about Deon is her problem-solving ability and her understanding of travel nurses. She would go way beyond her "call of duty" to find you a job that you prefer. She answers calls and texts promptly, mostly within an hour.

About Deon Cavender:

Deon is a great listener and truly understands the clients' questions and specifics about travel nursing. She is very kind and caring and compassionate. I have been at my current job as an ICU RN and will be entering my 28th year come March of 2024. I have been very reluctant to change and am in a comfort zone but know it is the time in my life to make change. Deon clearly understood my feelings and assured me that there would be no worry and that she would wait for my decision to start traveling after so many years in one place. She made the process as smooth for me as possible in regards to establishing a profile with TNAA. She is a great recruiter and by no means pressured me into making the decision too quickly. I look forward to partnering with her in the near future once Spring of 2024 arrives

Jordan has and is a a great recruiter! Jordan has always been professional, and has gone above and beyond in helping me work through all processes of finding and securing travel jobs. We had to go with a different company because TNAA did not have the job opportunities we needed in Ohio, but Jordan has continued to check in on me and my family. There are now words to express my gratitude for Jordan, and look forward to working with him again, as soon as we can!!
