About Ryan Nance:

Ryan has been the most amazing recruiter!! He always answers all my questions and always make me feel like I’m his most important nurse, when he clearly has so many more nurses. He immediately fixes any issues (big or small) with onboarding or issues during an assignment! Always gives good and bad feedback regarding places I want to go and also give personal experiences from other nurses who have been there recently or are currently on assignment there. If he cannot help, he knows exactly what resources to send me to and then always follows up, ensuring my needs and wants are met! He is the recruiter that keeps me loyal to TNAA and i would give him a million star rating and refer him to anyone looking for an among recruiter!

About Brett Lazansky:

Ive been with Brett and TNAA since about 2021. I continue to travel with Brett because we have built a great working relationship in which I know he looks out for BOTH of our best interest as he has done until today. He has secured every contract and extension I have requested. Everything is submitted quickly and he will keep you informed throughout the entire process until the contract/extension is completed. I will continue to travel with Brett/TNAA for the foreseeable future.

Kristen is awesome, simply put. It’s always a pleasure to talk to her. She always comes across as positive and uplifting, professional with just the right touch of humor. Helps make days I might be struggling to see bigger and brighter picture to keep looking up and forward. I would gladly refer someone, except the few travelers I’m close too are all VA travelers and they aren’t interested in leaving that system.
