Paul Witthuhn is not just a recruiter or someone I work with. He has become a friend, close friend, brother and irreplaceable family. We have worked to get her since 2015 non-stop. I went up to visit him and instantly became close friends. We talk all the time. He’s come to visit me as well. I know his family and he knows mine. Whether it’s late or on the weekend I know he’s available. He works harder than he has to and never complains. I trust him with my job and lively hood. I’ve referred friends to him and some took the plunge into travel nursing. Paul has taken care of all of them. Paul has also got many of his close friends into TotalMed as recruiters. It’s a family business. From the top down I’ve met so many great people. I’m on a first name basis with so many people. They normally call me by my last name as many so and refer to me often as the “Lemonator” or “the man, the myth, the Lemon”. Yeah I’m pretty happy with that and I’m not going anywhere with Paul Witthuhn and my TotalMed family.
I originally had two travel agencies lined up, TNAA and Aya. I really wanted the gig that Aya was offering but they didn’t reach out to me and didn’t give me any information at all. Then Ren the same day called up the hospital and hit me the freakin job! She is so bad ass!
Paul is an amazing recruiter. He makes sure to find an assignment that I am looking for that fits my needs. He is a text or call away, getting back to me right away. He has been so helpful walking me through the travel nursing process. Will be planning to stay with total Med for a while. Thanks Paul for all you do!

He is dedicated to making the whole process as fluent and easy as possible. He responds to any questions or concerns that may arise almost immediately and offers advice that is useful but never pressured. He has always sought out opportunities that have met or exceeded my expectations.
He's highly knowledgeable, respectful, honest, understanding, and fun. He is the reason I stay where I am as a traveler.
