About Cheri Gilmour:

Cheri is an amazing recruiter. The perfect first recruiter for me. She walked me through everything one step at a time and took the extra time I needed to understand new things about travel nursing coming from local assignments only. About Nichole Baldwin:

Nichole was very supportive in guiding me through the process of attaining my first travel contract! I have experience in both the adult trauma ICU as well as in the pediatric ICU, and the hospital I wanted to work for was unsure about hiring me due to my break in adult care. Nichole explained my experience and skill level to my preferred hospital and helped them understand why I was a good fit helping me sure a contract with my desired hospital. Nichole was transparent with me and my hiring process, about the hospitals concerns and gave me plenty of options regarding other contracts we could apply to. Overall I had a great experience with joining TNAA thanks to Nichole!
