He answers all my questions, and if he is unsure of something, he reaches out to the appropriate department to make sure that I receive the correct information. William is amazing so far. He understands that as a traveler we will sometimes use multiple agencies to see what is best for us. He stayed in contact with me while on assignment with another agency. He’s not pushy nor does he ghost you. He communicates exactly the way it works for me. I am early in my contract with total med but as far as William as my recruiter, I have had the best experience.
