Very interested in what is important for me and my needs and family. Including travel, pay, safe location and matching my experience with where I'm going. Very knowledgeable about each person's position and skill set. Not submitting me to incorrect postings. He doesn't waste your time or give you false hopes. Love his energy and understanding of the field! Would recommend Johnathon to any traveler new or seasoned to have him help you with your next assignment. Very much a realist and family man.
