About Nick Garcia:

Nick has been nothing short of amazing! I was referred to him by a coworker, and she was not wrong, by how great he has been to work with!! This is my first travel assignment, and he made me feel so comfortable making this change! He made sure to stay on top of my preferences and needs when it came to finding a position, and with both of our patience, I had landed a job in the state I wanted to go. I highly recommend Nick! He is such an awesome recruiter!!!

It has been such a pleasure to work with Nick over the past year. He is always there for me when I’m on assignment. I always feel like I have someone in my corner which is so important. He checks on me frequently to make sure everything is going good and asks if there’s anything he can do for me. I have referred several friends who are interested in travel nursing to him because there’s no one better to help get them started. Nick is the best recruiter!! TNAA is lucky to have him representing and working for their company.

About Nick Garcia:

Nick is fantastic! I highly recommend him to all nurses that mention travel nursing to me. I especially recommend him for any and all first time travelers. Navigating that first contract is a struggle and overwhelming. Nick not only got me into a fantastic hospital that checked all my must haves but had a great working relationship with the managers on staff. Just recently the manager reached out to me asking if o would come back and it’s been a year since I worked there. He is such a fantastic person following up with me when I stepped away from TNAA to be with family during the pandemic. I cannot say enough kind words about his recruiting ability. Kudos to Nick!

Nick has made it clear that he understands my motives for choosing certain assignments, and he respects my wishes. He relates to me on a personal level, and shows a concern for my family, as well as myself. Doing travel nursing as a family man requires a lot more considerations than just whim and pay package. Nick has demonstrated, from the start, an empathy with my values and goals, as well as a kindness that I find all too rare. I wouldn't choose to work with anyone else.
