About Tyler West:

I have traveled with TNAA and Tyler for 5 years now. He truly seeks to connect with his travelers to understand their needs, wants, and goals, both personal and professional. He was there for me during Covid and after when dealing with all of the duress and the aftermath of exhaustion as a support person. TNAA stepped from the beginning to take care of us throughout the strain of the pandemic. I cannot imagine traveling with anyone else. Thank you, Tyler, for always doing your best!

Tyler is always up to date on all the position advertised, he has always been responsive super quick with any needs. I have been with Tyler for 4 years and I have spoken to other recruiters however I can tell through conversations the Tyler always has my interest first and this is the reason that I have and will always stay with him as my only recruiter.

About Tyler West:

I have been with Tyler for five years now. I feel like we have taught each other a lot about this industry. Even through some of the hardest times of my life, personally and professionally, he worked hard to give me the support I needed. He has celebrated my successes and shown his dedication to meet the needs of the nurses he represents. Even when I wanted a contract with a facility with questionable practices, he was transparent with me about it and told me he would rather I took something else. If I have had a rough shift, he has always been a good listener and had the best advice on how to handle it. In my opinion, we were fortunate to connect professionally and make a great team! Love my recruiter and my agency!

Tyler has been a great communicator. Both my fiancé and I are are travel nurses in different specialties, and he works hard to help us find what best fits both our wants and needs. He responds in a timely manner, and addresses all questions and concerns. He also takes the time to get to know you, which is really important to us. We have really enjoyed working with Tyler the past 1.5 years, and look forward to continuing to do so!

About Tyler West:

Tyler has impressed me from day one. He’s very knowledgeable about the travel nurse industry and I feel like he genuinely cares about finding me a job that I will love. I only have one year of experience so I needed someone who was going to be aggressive. I also didn’t know much about travel nursing before working with Tyler and his guidance has been everything I could ask for and more. I feel really lucky that Tyler is my recruiter. It’s very obvious that Tyler loves his job, which makes it that much more enjoyable to work with him. If/when my friends start looking into travel nursing I will definitely tell them to go to Tyler!
