Ron has been a gift to me. He has been giving me advice since 2017. He has always answered every question that I had with honesty and transparency. I knew exactly what pay I would get, the hospital environment, and other helpful information prior to taking an assignment. He’s always courteous and professional. If I called him, he would pick up immediately and if he was away from the phone, he would either call me back or transfer my call to someone else immediately. I was never left hanging. I was the one who was always busy and never got back to him. Even then, he remained courteous and polite as always. I was so blessed to have Ron on my side. He would call often to check on me, especially when I began a new assignment. He is a great friend and I’m very thankful to have him in my life. He loves people, animals, and decorating cookies. His Christmas cookies were featured on TNAA’s website. He is so talented. In the years I have known him, I have never heard a negative comment come out of his mouth. Truly the Best Man EVER!!

Ron is a very personal recruiter, and always checking in with me between contracts. I became pretty picky with the type of contract I wanted and Ron worked really hard to find the perfect one with a lot of patience.
