Brett Lazansky has been my recruiter for nine years plus He is still #1 He is dedicated,punctual,caring, and is there for us as RN ‘s 24/7 he is most knowledgeable in the field, and there has never been one question that I have asked him that either he didn’t know the answer or couldn’t find the answer for me. He also has kept my nursing license safe along with knowing the hospitals, the areas and keeping me safe, I cannot think of anything that Brett could do to improve My travel nursing experience with TNAA! I've been working with Brett since January 2022, when he found me my first contract in Washington. Brett listens, offers advice, and does his best to get me to where I want to go. He is also transparent, which I find important in this industry. He periodically checks up on me and is always a text or phone call away. We have great rapport, which has kept me loyal to TNAA. It's easy to jump ship when there are so many companies out there, but Brett sticks up for me and I appreciate all he does. Great recruiter, and even greater human.
