I had received a job offer that I was very nervous about. She talked on the phone with me, way after her work day was over, for over an hour just to make sure I made the right decision for me and that I felt good about it. She showed me that night how much she genuinely cares!

About Olivia Jordan:

This is my 3rd assignment with Olivia; she was assigned to me after my original recruiter left, and I have been very happy with her. She listens to needs/wants/issues and is willing to figure out a solution. She was extremely helpful and caring this past May when I needed to cancel a contract due to a family emergency. She kept asking what I needed and helped facilitate the steps that needed to be taken. When I was ready to take another assignment, she was again very helpful and recognized what I needed. Olivia encompasses when a good recruiter looks like.

I’m just going to start off the top by saying Olivia is amazing! I’ve been traveling for 5 years and from the very first conversation with Olivia I felt understood and comfortable. She was not pressuring and listened to my concerns, questions and needs with authenticity. I can tell she is down to earth and transparent and truly listens to what it is her travelers and seeking. I decided if I’m going to continue to travel, I want to work for an agency that is solid and a recruiter that is committed and really has the best interest in mind for their traveler. I want consistency and connection along with realness and open communication. Olivia so far has delivered those traits and I haven’t even taken a contract with her yet! But SUPER looking forward to soon!! Thank you Olivia for letting me know there are recruiters out there that genuinely still care for their nurses! Now let’s find me an assignment!
