About Olivia Jordan:

Olivia is the reason I've never switched companies even when other people have told me enticing reasons to do so. If there's a problem, it's never with her, but she'll get it worked out for me, even if it isn't her job. I think we're at about 8 years together, so that should prove in itself that she's high quality. It really makes a difference having someone you can count on, & Olivia is that person.
