Leah was very attentive and made herself available at any time! Unfortunately I didnt agree with the MISSED SHIFT ADJUSTMENT, which wasn't in the 1st offer..and I refused to sign the contract due to this fee. Leah went above and beyond to come up with a solution however this particular issue was out of her hands. I woukd love to work with her again however will not work with TNAA because of this fee that they take out of your pay if you miss a shift. That was the ONLY reason I didnt go with TNAA. They lost a contract because they refused to remove the "illegal fee" per Vermont state law. TNAA needs to do better with protecting their nurses. Leah had NOTHING to do with my reason for refusing to sign the contract.
