About Ron York:

I need a recruiter who: calls me back in a timely manner when I need something understands my work ethic listens to understand my needs checks in every couple weeks just so I know he's not forgotten me Ron is all these things and more. He is kind, thoughtful, deeply respectful, and I trust him.

Summer has been my recruiter now for over a year and has been the most incredible recruiter to work with. My experience with her has been beyond amazing. She has my back 100% and is always available for me. Summer listens to my needs and what is important to me, doing her best to land me the assignment I am looking for. Obstacles pop up here and there and she drops everything she is working on to focus on getting the problem solved, I always feel like she has my best interest in mind and I always feels like I am the only client she has (when I of course know that is not true lol) She truly cares about my happiness and well being.
