About Ryan Nance:

I came into this process with many questions as this was my first time. I also had previously spoken with another travel company with less than positive results. Ryan did everything the other person did not and made me very comfortable and explained the process to me in ways that I would understand. I am hoping this is a long and productive relationship.

About Amanda McCartney:

I have had the most positive experience with Amanda Mc. From my very first assignment in 11/2020, Amanda has been FANTABULOUS. She knows me so well within a short time and pretty much knows the contract to submit me for. This is my third assignment and she hasn’t been wrong. She responds to my text/email before I can blink and even on weekends and after hours. She’s “one hell of a recruiter “ The entire TNAA staff- from payroll, QA, housing HR, etc are simply AMAZING. Nick is an awesome recruiter! Very transparent and honest about first timer assignments which i appreciated alot. Very responsive and checked in on me during the submission process, even called me after his hours to congratulate me on my first offer. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

She’s very professional but she also made me feel like she really cared about me as a person. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed off the phone or ignored. I felt as though I was her only client & that she was solely focused on helping me. That’s means a lot being a nurse.
