About Russ Waehler:

Russ let me express my concerns and what I was really looking for in assignments. Pretty friendly and was able to secure an assignment for me fairly quick.

About Tyler West:

I think Tyler is very knowledgeable in his career- he is a senior recruiter. I think that this can be a negative aspect sometimes though as well, because Tyler can use his knowledge to his advantage. Meaning, sometimes he doesn’t always have his nurses best interest in mind, sometimes it’s his own interest in mind instead. However, I do think Tyler always had my back in my decisions that I have made in and for my contracts. One thing I think Tyler can improve on would be his timeliness in responses. Tyler is a go getter and has a lot of nurses under his belt, which can also affect his nurses negatively by not getting the time they need from him.
