About Donna Dickson:

Donna is extremely responsive and respects my time constraints. She's right to the point and task oriented when I need her to be, and supportive and available when I just need talk. Donna gets things done, from payroll to assignments. If she can't help me directly, she will quickly find someone who can. Sometimes I want a very specific assignment, and she will work to find me the perfect match. I trust Donna, she's honest and transparent. She tells me how it is, doesn't try to sell me, or talk me into, something I'm not comfortable with.

About Brett Lazansky:

I have been working with Brett for over 10 years and he has always been not only been an amazing recruiter, but a knowledgeable one. He goes to bat for you and your needs and takes the time to listen to what is important to you during the process. He is easily reachable via multiple modalities and is timely in his responses. There is never any pressure to accept offers or interviews if they do not feel right and checks in often whether you are on an assignment through him or taking a break and also on your birthday and major holidays. Before ever coming into the TNAA family Renauta was keeping up with my career while with another company just letting me know she was there if needed. Once fully deciding to go with this company I of course went with Renauta. She found me a position quickly and in the area I wanted when my previous company could not at the time. She answered any questions that I had and if she didn’t have the answer she always got in contact with the people who could. I have been with her ever since then and don’t regret doing so she is a great asset to this company!
