About Nichole Baldwin:

I’m currently about to start my second assignment with Nichole and TNAA! I talked to a lot of other companies but Nichole won me over from the start and I couldn’t be happier that I’ve found a second assignment where I get to work with her!! She is so kind, helpful, and responds very quickly. She helped me start out as a travel nurse and continues to be the best recruiter I could ask for :) She made sure I was happy and safe in my first assignment and she and TNAA as a whole was there for me when things started to get dicey. I always felt like she had my back and she made finding and booking my next assignment a breeze! She was out of town for a couple days in the middle of my search but made sure I had someone else amazing to work with until she got back because she knew I was needing a new assignment right then. She answers all my million questions and if she doesn’t know she immediately reaches out to another team member for me and they respond within the day. I’m so lucky to have found a recruiter like Nichole to start out my career as a travel nurse!!

About Nichole Baldwin:

I’ve been working with Nichole for a few years now and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s very easy to reach and I always get a quick response. I’ve talked to other recruiters from various agencies who I felt tried to push things on me like a sales pitch or talk down to me. I’ve never had that issue with Nichole!

About Amanda McCartney:

Before joining the TNAA team, I had worked for another travel agency. My recruiter there was very nice, but not very responsive or understanding of my needs. So naturally I was skeptical that a recruiter truly cared about what I wanted. I have to say I was wrong in Amanda’s case. She has always been very helpful and took my and my families needs into consideration with contracts. I would definitely recommend her!

I sadly wasn’t able to take a contract with him at the moment. However, he reaches out to me about once a week to check in on me. Answer travel questions even though I am not with him. Very nice, supportive, will fight to get you the contract that you want. 1000000% recommend!
