About Amanda McCartney:

She not only understood my career needs but my needs at home. She was compassionate and showed genuine empathy for that fact that I'm not just a RN but a human being. She has been patient, trustworthy and transparent and that means more than anything. A person of integrity who does whats best for you behind closed doors goes miles further than someone who just "punches in, does their job and punches out."
