I really enjoy working with Sarah she is amazing! She is intelligent, always 5 steps ahead of me, and has great advice. I really missed her while she was on vacation! Jill always replied in a timely manner and provided information and suggestions to quickly obtain another contract. I switched travel companies to work with Jill. She is amazing.
Summer was very quick to reach out to me. She contacted me with a text within 24hrs of my application process, letting me know when to expect a phone call from her. She contacted me the next day within 15mins of the time we agreed on. Summer spent a lot of time on the phone, getting to know me and what my preferences on job placement were. Summer actually informed me of preceptor role that she felt, because of my years of experience, would be a good fit for me, even though I hadn't thought about WA state as an option for me. In actuality, Summer submitted my packet, I had an interview within 24hrs, and told I had the job at the end of the interview. Amazing!
I had reached out to 3 other travel companies within 2 wks of reaching out to TNAA. One companies recruiter reached out quickly but would tell me about giving someone my packet and then never get back to me about the progress unless I reached out, and then I was always given "Oh let me see where that's at" answer. Another company, never submitted my packet to any of the jobs I inquired about, with no explanation as to why. The 3rd companies recruiter has never contacted me to this day.
I am extremely grateful to Summer for her professionalism, friendliness, commitment to her nurses and being able to present job options not previously thought of as a viable option.
I will definitely be passing Summer's name on!
