About Nichole Baldwin:

Nichole was very supportive in guiding me through the process of attaining my first travel contract! I have experience in both the adult trauma ICU as well as in the pediatric ICU, and the hospital I wanted to work for was unsure about hiring me due to my break in adult care. Nichole explained my experience and skill level to my preferred hospital and helped them understand why I was a good fit helping me sure a contract with my desired hospital. Nichole was transparent with me and my hiring process, about the hospitals concerns and gave me plenty of options regarding other contracts we could apply to. Overall I had a great experience with joining TNAA thanks to Nichole!

About Nick Wellman:

I’ve been working with Nick for about six years now. Just signed my third contract with him. He is always so friendly, upbeat, and is such a genuine person. Even during the years I was not traveling Nick would keep in touch ask how things are going and if I needed anything don’t to hesitate to reach out. During the contract period he always reaches out to make sure everything is going ok with the job that I’m being treated well. Very patient and kind, never pushy. 10 out of 10 recommend having Nick as a RN travel recruiter.

She got me an assignment at Dartmouth New Hampshire Medical Center that I start on May 26th.
