JT isn’t just an awesome recruiter he’s truly someone you want in your corner. I understand the role of what a recruiter does and all the ins and outs that come with the role. But one thing about JT is its not just about numbers and quotas. JT will not put you in a situation that’s unsafe or compromising to you nor your credentials. He checks up on your well being and mental health frequently. If he is to be absent he has immediate backup help so that you are not without guidance and advice. He respects your decisions and feelings and does everything he can to make sure that at the end of the day, you can feel confident and secure in whatever decision has been made. Whenever I meet someone new along my travels and they ask me who am I with, without hesitation I say TNAA, and you need to speak to JT. He’s solid and he’ll look out for you!
