TNAA was my first travel agency and Nick is my ever first travel recruiter and he exceeded my expectations of what a recruiter should be. Nick is awesome as a recruiter, he is very responsive to my needs and responds in a timely manner. He communicates effectively and always follows up with me. Even though I am not traveling at the moment, I will definitely get him back as my recruiter in a heartbeat. What I love about Nick is that we still keep in touch. I love working with him and hopefully, I can work again with him in the future when I decide to travel again.

Starting this whole travel nurse adventure was really scary to think about and that is why I'm glad I found Nick. I talked to a dozen recruiters with different agencies and Nick was my favorite. He's funny, caring, compassionate. He goes above and beyond to take care of his nurses. He makes my assignments worry free because I know he always has my back and is there to help. I don't know what I would do without him! I recommend him to everyone that asks me about traveling!

Nick was a wonderful recruiter. Me and my fiance both joined on with TNAA over a year ago. Nick was wonderful in listening to what we wanted and gave us great feedback throughout the last year with each of our contracts. I would highly recommend him to any nurse looking to get into the traveling world!

My recruiter that I started with in the company was let go and I was devastated, I was thinking about leaving the company, but Nick has been a pleasant surprise, he is infectiously positive, and promotes that family like atmosphere that keeps me at TNAA, I appreciate how efficient he is everything is done in a timely manor, I have never had a negative experience with him! I also value his candor.

About Nick Wellman:

Nick was an awesome recruiter when I was traveling. Any time I reached out he was able to get any and all of my questions answered in a timely manner. He’s very personable, and puts his nurses first. He was completely transparent with me about jobs and areas of possibility and when COVID hit he was honest about what jobs looked like as a PICU nurse. Even though I’m taking a break from traveling right now, when I decide to jump back in Nick is who I will use as my recruiter. I HIGHLY recommend him to any and everyone.
