About Mark Vandeventer:

Mark is an amazing resource as a recruiter! He is very knowledgeable in this space; helping to find the perfect “fit” between organization and traveler. He is always upfront and honest with expectations and assignment details. He work’s tirelessly to help match the best job candidates with appropriate nursing assignments. Mark stands by and supports the nurses that he recruits, hiring only the most qualified personnel. Mark has incredible communication skills and is unbelievably accessible to you when you are on assignment. He works in partnership with his nurses and believes in them. I highly recommend him as not only a nurse recruiter, but as a role model and mentor. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Mark grows and develops because he asks the best of you; and settles for nothing less for himself too!

About Mark Vandeventer:

Mark was referred to me by my nursing preceptor Katy White Hauntsman. Mark is professional but personable. I’ve always felt that he listens and hears what I need. He tailors the search for my assignments to what will work best for me and I’m very satisfied.

About Mark Vandeventer:

Mark is wise, honest and patient. He never pushed me into a contract that wasn’t a good fit for me and he protectively guided me when I jumped at contracts that may have proven unstable. Mark is the best recruiters I met and I recommend him time and time again!

About Mark Vandeventer:

Mark made me feel confident and comfortable from day 1! He asked questions about me before he tried to “sell” a contract. I great appreciate that!! He was willing to adjust to my timeframe of being able to talk at random times and also with my decisions on locations for my jobs. He was able to give me more details and insight on possible contracts that I never would have known! I have and will continue to recommend him to other travelers and staff nurses! Thank you!

About Mark Vandeventer:

Everything has been positive with Mark. He has all ways available for comments or advice i a timely manner. Above expectations with his knowledge of the industry and clients strengths and faults in acquiring assignments , without wasting my time. The only difficulty I had with TNAA , is when Mark was on a short vacation, and an assignment was lost, because others could not close the deal. Indispensable, you think.
