She follows up to make sure everything is going well during the assignment. I also like that she shares little bits of her personal life and asks about mine also. Ashley has been there for me since day 1. I am currently finishing up my 2nd contract and we are looking for my 3rd. She is absolutely amazing. She listens to my needs and is available to help when I need it. So far, the contracts we’ve chosen have been great and because of her knowledge of the industry, I trust that we will continue to find what works best for me and keeps my passion for nursing alive. Oh and did I mention she has a heart of gold? Ashley truly cares about the nurses she works with and has helped me to navigate travel nursing when life happens.
