Nick is the best!!! I’ve worked with many other recruiters in my several years of traveling and I feel like he actually listens to me and always offers solid advice. I connected with him through a fellow traveler to get to a specific hospital a while ago and now I will only travel with him. He’s always easy to get in contact with and just a genuinely nice human.

Nick is truly one of the best to work with in the travel nurse industry! Very genuine, well versed in the travel game, updates frequently (when necessary )and listens intently to the needs of his travel RNs. I am picky and stubborn when it comes to accepting any travel contract and Nick was (and continues to be) patient with me to find the contract that was the perfect fit. I appreciate Nick's combination of professionalism and his ability to be personable. No doubt will always refer him and Tnaa to other current and future travelers.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Nick. It’s so clear that he cares about the nurse as a whole and understands all of the factors that come into play when choosing to travel. He was transparent and communicative through the whole process and even when I ultimately decided that traveling was not for me, he was so polite and understanding. So grateful for all of the information and if it works out another time in my life I will definitely be reaching back out to Nick!

Nick is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond d to make sure you feel comfortable in every situation and be even went as far as to involve my husband in the process, so he also understood everything. When I first began to entertain the journey as a travel nurse I was overwhelmed with so many unknowns, I read about TNAA and filled out the online form for more information and Nick reached out, and he’s been my recruiter for the entirety of my travel nurse career. First and foremost Nick is patient, seeking opportunities with you in mind, and I have never felt the annoying “pushy vibe” from him. Nicks knowledge about the field of travel nursing is truly valued and appreciated, he talked me through all of my concerns in the beginning and has continued to be supportive with every decision along the way. I will never forget him giving me the boost of confidence I needed to make the jump, and I even called him saying “my only regret was not doing this sooner” after the first few weeks into my first assignment, because he was right!
