Nick is amazing! I was struggling with other companies to find a job, looking for almost one month. I got in contact with Nick and he had be submitted, interviewed, and received an offer in 24 hours. I was shocked! Great communication!

About Nick Garcia:

Nick is a recruiter who’s primary focus is his travelers. He is always so positive and gets things taken care of and quickly. When I couldn’t get even a call working with other recruiters for weeks, he got both my travel partner and me two interviews in the same day! He balanced perfectly listening to what we wanted in a job with pushing us out of our comfort zone to land a job that we never thought we could be able to achieve while on our traveling journey. I recommended Nick to another friend trying to start traveling with little success and she finally has hope and is excited for some opportunities already put in place by Nick in just a few hours of speaking with him. I am looking forward to working with Nick in the future, knowing that he is someone I can trust with my career!

About Nick Garcia:

Nick was very informative about the whole travel process which was huge as I was a first time traveler. He was always willing to go above and beyond in inquiring to get all of my questions answered. He always takes into account the things that are important to me in finding the perfect job opportunity. Responses from Nick are always prompt. I always feel involved and engaged. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Nick!! I was actually referred to him by a friend, so I left the agency I was with at the time for TNAA because Nick is that awesome. About Nick Garcia:

Nick was the recruiter who landed us our first contract and we’ll never forget how hard he worked to get everything we needed. We’re psych and cardiac PCU traveling spouses with kids, so there were a lot of particulars and non negotiables to work out and he totally got the job done! Not only that, he basically held our hands along the way and set us up effortlessly with each item we needed to submit to get everything in our profile ready to go. He was readily available; always responded promptly; answers any length of questions and is just a fun, kind, light-hearted guy that we got blessed with for that first assignment. He truly felt like a friend and checked up on us often throughout the assignment. Having taken a few crisis contracts during this pandemic with random companies, I can now verifiably say he is THE BEST recruiter out there, hands down!! We’re back working with him to get set up for our next contract and he shoots straight, understands your needs/desires in a contract and bends over backwards to try and make it all happen. He’s great no matter what, but ESPECIALLY if you’re just jumping into travel for the first time... trust me, Nick Is your guy! No one will be as trustworthy and efficient for that scary first leap into traveling!

I was referred to Nick from another nurse who worked with him. Nick was always prompt with replies, transparent and understanding with my needs vs the job requirements, and he was always very easy to talk to. He made what could have been a very stressful career shift very smooth!

Nick is very easy to talk to and to get along with. He is always so kind and upbeat. He is prompt with my questions and always gets back to me in a timely manner. I like that he has traveled with his wife and has experience in the travel nurse world. So he is a good resource for me as a new traveler myself.
