Tyler has been an amazing recruiter! He’s great at understanding my needs and making suggestions to jobs when I am not sure where to go! He is consistently available to speak with and has great communication skills while also offering great advice. About Tyler West:

I have traveled with TNAA and Tyler for 5 years now. He truly seeks to connect with his travelers to understand their needs, wants, and goals, both personal and professional. He was there for me during Covid and after when dealing with all of the duress and the aftermath of exhaustion as a support person. TNAA stepped from the beginning to take care of us throughout the strain of the pandemic. I cannot imagine traveling with anyone else. Thank you, Tyler, for always doing your best!

Tyler is always up to date on all the position advertised, he has always been responsive super quick with any needs.
