Ron always makes himself available to me. Our conversations never feel rushed and he always seems to listen to all my concerns. Ron answers all inquiries in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable about the facilities he sends my packet too. He takes the time to check up on me during my assignments; I hear from him at least every other week. He really is the best!
