I’ve been with her since the beginning of my travel experience. She just about hand delivered me to my first contract. Since then she has done EVERYTHING I’ve asked and more. She checks on me just about every week, and listens when I need it when I’ve had a tough week of work. She is easily a 10/10 for recruiters. When I first looked into travel nursing, a colleague gave me Suzanne’s number and I spoke with her. But I was looking for a very specific area as a first step that TNAA didn’t have at the time, and I found another company that did. She was polite and professional, and wished me luck when I told her that I found something else. That company was a disaster. 6 months later I called Suzanne back. She remembered me, found me an assignment that fit everything I wanted and has been wonderful ever since. She has provided honest advice on hospitals, even if it meant that I declined a specific position. She checks in regularly, but remembers that I have been working night shift, so texts instead of calling. Lots of little things like that which show she pays attention and cares.
