I have been working with Jordan for ~ 8 years. I followed him from another company to TNAA. When it really comes down to it most Travel agencies are fairly comparable when it comes to pay and benefits. But a great recruiter will steer you towards assignments that better meet your needs and fight for you to get better pay.
