Tana made the search for my first travel assignment exciting, and she was always honest with me about what to expect. She educated me on how the process works and worked hard to send me assignments that could potentially be a great fit for me. She is personable and makes you forget that this is her job because of how much she makes you feel like she cares about you as an individual. She was always quick to respond and reached out at appropriate times without being overwhelming. I will definitely be recommending Tana to my nursing friends interested in traveling!

I made it clear that I was hoping to stay VERY close to STL downtown. Multiple options became available but they just weren’t what I was looking for distance wise. The hospital I REALLY wanted was taking a little extra time to get back to us due to a new person on the hiring staff. But Tana really stayed on them day after day, advocating for me, until they finally offered me a position!
