Jill is absolutely one of the best. She promptly answers my calls and resolves issues that arise or informs me the contact to resolve the issue. Jill also takes time out to make sure I'm doing well while on assignment. She also reassures me things will work out when I call panicked about an issue that has risen. Jill also compliments me on my work when I'm surrounded by co worker negativity. When surrounded by people that dislike you because you're a travel nurse, it can be disheartening at times and even make you doubt yourself. Jill has been encouraging during these times with her kindness and has pointed to departments in the agency that can be helpful resources. Jill has been one person that I completely have enjoyed working with and want her to likewise succeed during her career at TNAA. I always recommend TNAA and Jill to travel nurses that are struggling with their respective agencies.

From the first time that Jill and I spoke on the phone, I could tell that she was going to be an amazing recruiter. She asked what I was looking for, gave me advice on how it is as a first time traveler, and she was always keeping me in the loop about jobs in the area that I was interested in. It truly feels like Jill cares about me as a person and not just as another traveler. I would recommend her to many others!

Two weeks ago, I accepted a travel contract with a different agency. That same night while out at dinner celebrating with my fiancé, that recruiter called to inform me the hospital was cutting my contract based on criteria not listed anywhere in the job description. I had just put in my two weeks with my employer. Jill, understanding my situation, didn’t hesitate to pickup where we left off in the recruiting process and helped me secure a contract with a new hospital. I am so grateful for her sincerity and her counsel through this process. I start my contract in two weeks and look forward to more opportunities in the future with TNAA and with Jill.
