About Kim Roemer:

Kim was in my experience, fast friendly and organized. 96 hours after first speaking with her, I was facility interviewed and signing up for a new adventure. She was an RN in a past life and it was quite nice to talk about the job with someone who spoke the same language. I recommend her unreservedly.

About Kim Roemer:

Any time I've had any issues Kim has been there to help get me through them. She checked up on me after a traumatic fall and continues to remember whenever I have surgery or followup for that fall. She even checked up on me after the hurricane we had. I know if I need anything. She is there for me and I'm not forgotten like some recruiters do to you after you sign on. I'm a person to her not a contract. This approach has made it very easy to be one of her nurses. Thank you Kim for all you do. I know if I need encouragement that she is there too.

Kim wasn’t my original recruiter, she was assigned me after mine left the company and she just jumped right in, didn’t miss a beat with my assignment. Kim is always reaching out to make sure I’m doing okay to let me know she’s available if I need anything. Does an excellent job with keeping me updated on changes and requirements. She’s fantastic!!

I have been traveling for 4 years through different agencies and I can confidently say Kim is by far the best recruiter I have ever had. Her passion for what she does is evident by her attention to detail, communication, and most importantly her compassion. Kim regularly checks in on me to make sure my contact is smooth and if there is anything needed.
