Marissa has been the best recruiter I've ever worked with. She never makes me feel pressured to take on an assignment she presents and always listens to my needs. She tries her best to make my experience throughout my assignment as good as possible by checking on me every couple of weeks. She's also the best supporter and advocate for me. For an example, I had to cut short a contract early due to personal problems. She only showed compassion and understanding with my situation and there were no judgment or disappointment from her. This helped alleviate some stress to my already extreme stressful situation. She immediately put me in touch with people who could help me and also helped me find a new assignment right away. She's seriously the best and I can't to continue working with her.
