Jess is an outstanding recruiter and takes the time to get to know her nurses. I recently went through a tough personal issue, yet Jess, instead of reprimanding me, helped me to come to terms with what had happened in my life and get the help I needed while helping me to be the best nurses I can be while representing TNAA.
