Deon is a wonderful recruiter very personable and very knowledgeable. I love the fact that she help anyway she can to make the experience awesome. You can ask questions and she usually knows the answer but when doesn't she state that and then finds the answer and calls back promptly. Weekly check-ins (actually more frequently) and an understanding of what I was looking for in a contract and worked to achieve it. Deon had answers and/or suggestions to questions or doubts that I brought to her. Throughout this stage of the process, Deon had me fully covered. She either had ready answers to my inquiries or got back to me quickly with a answer for whatever she was unsure about. She is VERYEASY to work with!
