About Deon Cavender:

Deon was very understanding; and showed compassion during my time of bereavement. During the times I was feeling overwhelmed; she reached out to me and worked her magic until I was back to my old self again. She also worked diligently daily to find an assignment that fit my wants and needs. Thank you Deon for your support and understanding that you have provided to me over these few weeks.

Deon from our first conversation was personable and patient to answer my questions and put me at ease. She texted or called me each day when I had questions concerning a job posting. She gave me great insight on what she knew about the facilities from prior travelers, i.e., was great job for a first time traveler. I am blessed that Deon was the recruiter that contacted me.

Deon is very professional and friendly. She stayed in communication with me daily which I thoroughly appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I could depend on her answering my texts, calls, and questions in a very timely manner. She explained everything and made sure I didn't miss anything in the onboarding process. She is a hard worker and very dependable. The company is very blessed to have her working for them. She needs a raise! I've never had a recruiter work so diligently for me.

Deon has been AMAZING. I truly cannot think of one thing to complain about. As soon as I submitted my information to TNAA, she called me within 10 minutes. She has called me every single day (sometimes multiple times per day) to make sure that I am up to date on my application status. She was extremely responsive and I felt like she truly cared about getting me the best chance at getting a job. 10/10!!!!
