I specifically decided to go with TNAA because of Deon, she is very professional, kind, reliable and approachable, no question or concern is ever silly, she’s so happy to help, always. She has such a great attitude, I’m sure she browses through multiple applications and speak with multiple nurses, the simple fact that she does all of this while making me feel like Cleo, she individualizes our conversations and follow ups, I feel like I’m special, thank you so much Deon.
