Deon is a gem. She texts or calls me to see how I'm doing and how my assignment is progressing. Listens to what I want on an assignment and works to get me what I've asked for. If she doesn't know the answer or how to help then gets me with the right person who can. She cares about the people she recruits and treats them like Family! She's the Best like I often tell her 🙂
